    My Personal Journey

    This didn’t start as a brand. It started as a season of change.

    At 51, a corporate restructuring ended a career I had built for decades. At the same time, my body was navigating perimenopause. Two seismic shifts. No roadmap.

    My body was shifting.
    My energy wasn’t the same.
    And the way I used to push through… stopped working.

    At the same time, something deeper became clear:

    I needed to take ownership of how I was moving forward—
    how I supported my body,
    how I managed my mindset,
    and how I approached what comes next.

    As a product and experience designer,
    I approached it the only way I knew how—

    I started researching, observing, designing, and testing what actually worked—and what truly aligned.

    I wasn’t just going through it.
    I was designing my way through it.
